HP PSC 2210 xi 64bit driver
I have recently installed HP PSC 2210 xi All-in-One printer on my Dell Studio Slim desktop computer. My OS is Windows Vista 64 bit. The printer's driver seems to be having some problem. I tried installing it but when I give any printer command, Windows Vista informs me that the printer doesn't seems to be installed or is missing some drivers. Can you provide me some solution for the same?
Re: HP PSC 2210 xi 64bit driver
It seems to me some kind of issues which might occur during your driver installation, either installation failed or is corrupted (whatever may be the reason). The only solution that comes to my mind for this situation is reinstall all the drivers and see if this solves the problem. Otherwise, you may contact to HP support team for further guidance.
Re: HP PSC 2210 xi 64bit driver
The first thing that came up to my mind is that, you are having Windows Vista 64 bit and is the driver that came with HP printer made for 64 bit OS? Just confirm this by either seeing it on the CD (it should be mentioned somewhere on the CD) or from some manual provided along with the HP printer. If it is not for 64 bit operating system then google for it. You can also find it on HP site.
Re: HP PSC 2210 xi 64bit driver
You can download the HP PSC 2210 xi printer driver for Windows Vista 64 bit over here: http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport...eriesId=295852. Please note that you need to have login to get driver, security, patch, and support email alerts.
If that didn't fix the issue than recheck if the printer is installed and configured properly. Go to Printer and Faxes and see if you can see the printer. If yes then try some test page to be confirmed.
