Re: How to use the middle mouse button in firefox
FireFox is a cool browser as compare to IE. It easy to multiple pages in a single browser by using the tab thing. Now you are right about the middle mouse button thing. You can use it in FireFox while surfing on the net. You can configure some settings and then try it. I am listing the setting for two types of mouse. You can access the mouse options from your control panel. If anyone belongs to you than do it.
- For Microsoft Mouse : Go to Intellimouse > Mouse > Wheel > Autoscroll > Apply and exit.
- For Logitech Mouse : Go to Mouse Option > Mouse > Middle Mouse button > Function > Middle > Apply and exit
.

Well don worry about that, it auto configured to use as scrolling. The middle mouse button can only be use to scroll the documents and website. By Ctrl + the Middle mouse wheel, it will increase and reduce the font size of document or web page. Before there was a button by now it is replace by a wheel. So it denotes the scrolling function.
Re: How to use the middle mouse button in firefox
I am listing some very useful things to work in FireFox with middle mouse button :
- To open a link in new tab you will first right click on the link and select open in new tab. Instead of that juts give the middle click. The link will automatically open in the new tab.
- If you press shift buttion + Middle wheel and scroll the page will move forward and backward. You see what websites you visited before and come back in the current one.
