Samsung tv and mpeg-4 Tuner

Hi all,
I am looking for a plasma HDTV with mpeg-4 tuner. I prefer samsung tv. Can anyone tell me about samsung model with mpeg-4 tuner. Without a MPEG-4 tuner can you receive and see HDTV transmission? Anyone have any idea?

All suggestions are welcome.
