Re: Service Unavailable - DNS failure
The inability of a DNS server to convert a domain name to an IP address in a TCP/IP network. Make sure to dump temp internet files not only from your browser but also from documents and setting. Whatever your username id name is in Local settings. You should see some temp folders there and such. make sure they are empty too. A DNS failure may occur within a private network or within the Internet.
Re: Service Unavailable - DNS failure
- Open Internet Explorer 7.
- Click Tools, and then click Delete Browsing History.
- In Delete Browsing History, click Delete All.
- Click to select the Also delete files and settings stored by add-ons check box, and then click OK.
- A progress bar is displayed to indicate that the browsing history is being cleared. After this process is complete, test Internet Explorer to verify that it works correctly.
