The User Profile Service failed the logon. User profile cannot be loaded.
I cannot go onto my name yet i can go onto my mums name.
I tried system restore but it wouldnt work because i can't go as far
back as the problem started.
I tried entering it into safe mode. It works, i can go in on safe mode,
everything is all grey and it has the words safe mode at the bottom
corner
but then i get a pop up saying i am in a temporary profile. I dont know
how to fix this either
please do not suggest the turtorial because that doesn't help as it
mentions system restore and it does not work unless you know how to go
back as far as the problem started
please do not suggest going onto C: users and copying all my files
because i dont know how to copy iTunes songs because of copyright
please do not suggest deleting it because i dont want to lose all my
iTunes songs
please do not suggest reg edit because i am not experienced enough lol
please please please help me!

Re: The User Profile Service failed the logon. User profile cannot be loaded.
Well, you don't want to do anything that would fix the problem so take the
machine to a competent computer tech (not a BigComputerStore/GeekSquad type
of place) and have them do it for you.
Otherwise, you will need to create a new user account and copy your data to
it. You will not have a problem with iTunes. Simply copy the folder over.
If you want to know the procedure to create the new user account and copy
the data from your old, corrupted account let me know. Since you've asked
me not to recommend that, I won't bother writing all of that unless you
want the information.

This is easily fixable, and there is a tutorial to do just that:

Re: The User Profile Service failed the logon. User profile cannot be loaded.
Nix the above tutorial link.
If you are able to access a Admin User account, show all hidden files,
then go to the C: drive select *Users* Folder, copy and paste it onto an
external HDD/DVD's.
Now that you backed up the corrupted User Folder, log into the hidden
Admin Account, and delete the corrupted User Account. Recreate it with
the same Name as originally, and set the password. Log out of the True
admin account, and log into the newly created User (I assume this is a
Admin/User, and not a limited User account), make sure all is well, then
copy/paste the User contents for the User in question back into the
folders-do not copy/paste the entire Users Folder as this contains
corrupted data. i.e., copy/paste Documents (contents-not folder), music,
video, desktop, etc.
_Do_not_ copy the *Appsdata* folder/contents as this may contain
corruption. If you want to selectively copy the folder contents (such as
game saves), just be carefull as this folder may contain corrupted User
data.
note- if the corruption was caused by Reg cleaners/"optimizers", or
malware I suggest after backing up the Users folder that you restore a
disk image, or re-install Vista due to possible Windows Corruption.
