Philips GoGear SA3345 4GB MP3 player won't turn on
I am using Philips GoGear SA3345 4GB MP3 player. My problem is that my MP3 Player won't turn on at all. I thought that the battery must be died and I checked it but it is still operational. I've tried holding the play/stop button as told in the manual, but that to didn't worked. But when I connect it via the USB to my computer, the play button lights up and I can see it on my computer. Please help me!

Have you tries using another USB port? Did you reset the player? Just make sure the hold/lock is not engaged. If nothing works then try downloading the latest version of the Philips Device Manager.
You can also try removing the unit and trying to charge the battery connecting it to a suitable DC power supply for a couple of hours.

I would suggest to hold the play/pause button, then hold the switch on button for a moment. Ideally it should boot into recovery mode. Now click the "Clean Up", and then "Reboot". If that fails, try to reload the firmware again.

Even I had the same problem but with my SanDisk mp3 player. I contacted the customer support and they suggested me to reformat the player with the latest firmware. So try downloading the latest firmware file from philips website. But just keep in mind that you can not format the player in the 16MB FORMAT mode, if I am not wrong. Just get confirm before moving forward.
