How to create a contact form using HTML and PHP
I need to create a contact form that will contain list of friends contact details such as their names, address, mobile no and 2 more field if it requires, the major thing we need to consider while designing is that it should have two stages, and that should be like when we extract contact then it should convert into HTML and that should convert into PHP code and vice versa, and that result will be exported through MAIL facility.

This will be absolutely possible when you could set one page to contain the HTML form, which will input the page code to the PHP code that receives the data from the HTML form and e-mails it to your mailbox.
The first part that is HTML to PHP will simply provide the code for recreating a contact form. Then you just need to copy and paste some code I provide for both the HTML page and the PHP page. This is because you need to create the HTML page that simply contains the contact form. It will have Input box, text boxes and check boxes that will take an Input and pass it on to PHP format. Our form will become very simple. It simply contains two text fields and and one text area.
Re: How to create a contact form using HTML and PHP
I will provide you my opinion that when we send the emails to the any other members in the available list then it has advantage as it hide your email addrss from the spam robots. And whenever you create form using PHP you need to consider the following things:
form.html containing a standard HTML form to collect the data
process-form.php which handles the submitted data, and
success.html to display a simple thank you message
As the following script is solely concerned with receiving the form data and doing something with it. The opening <?php tag tells the server that what follows is PHP. Lines beginning with double forward slash marks are used in PHP for making comments and don’t need to be included when you construct your form.

There are software in the market where you don't need to code for your requirement their you just need to select a template, you may also need to specify how many fields you want, field names, what type of data should be filled and that will all be created in the HTML code which is mostly universal and does not create any problem.
