Epson Stylus Photo R800 printer doesn't print E-MAIL TEXT

I'm running Windows Xp on my system. I had also attched a Epson Stylus Photo R800 printer wity my pc. Just few days back when i was trying to take out some print out from my system, after printing the numerous pages, my printer had suddenly stopped printing the body of the text which contains email information in it. It was only printing the heading along with the first two lines of a particular email. I don't know but it was working fine and all sudden started to give such problem? Can any body tell me that how do i get rid of the above problem? Kindly help me out to resolve the above problem.

Chech out whether the settings under Tools--> Options--> Read-->Read All Messages in Plain text might have change and that's why you may having such problem on your system. Try to restore your printer settings on yor system.

You can contact your manufacturer in order to resolve your above issue. He might be able to help you, if there is any issue with the printer.
