Recommended Motherboard For Amd 64 X2 7750+ Be

i'm planning to buy a new system...for my budget i'm considering AMD Athlon 64 X2 7750 Black Edition....but i'm very confused with the motherboard.....i'm not a hardcore gamer...so additional grafix card is out of question...mainly internet,soft games,few programming n multimedia stuff.so can u recommend a decent mo bo....with inbuilt decent grafix,sound n lan.....n most important supports 2-4 gb ddr2 ram at 800/1066 Mhz...n my budget is max 3k....is it true 7750 works best with AM2+ mo bo.....

if not amd...what is the best option in intel(cpu + mo bo)....my max budget for the combo....6k....

The main advantage of this mobo is that it works great and is comparatively cheaper that others in the market say around 2500/- Rs

The only complaint I believe that the users are facing is sound/audio problem....
