Create PDF directly in MS Office 2007
As you all know that MS office 2007 service pack 2 has been released yesterday, Comes with lots of new features improvement and performance. We have already seen an alternative to save Office 2007 documents as PDF / XPS files by installing Office Add-on for the same. If you install Office 2007 SP2, then this feature will be added by default, you don;t need any add-on or any third party software.Once SP2 is installed, to save a document in PDF or OpenDocument text, click on the office button on the top left corner and select Save As.
So, this Office 2007 SP2 eliminates requirement of installing any plugin or additional software for OpenDocument support.

We can see 2 new options in Save as menu with service pack 2. That is Open Document Text and PDF / XPS. In simpler terms, now you can create and save any Word 2007 document as PDF / XPS or open document format.
