Installing a reader CPS and configuration GALSS.INI
Hello,
I am software developer and I have been asked to explore the technology CPS,but I faced a problem perhaps ridiculous: can not get a connection on the card reader.
The program cpgesw32.exe invariably replies: "Error 128 (80h) = Error with File GALSS.INI. CPS_OuvertureSession in".
Obviously all the other tests do not work.
I read some articles on the topic but in vain.
My apologies if my question is wrong or not in the right place.
Best regards

In seeking a little more, I also had the same thing to start up in the mind I have also done the installation process, used for some time get the different error codes for that so that I leaved without going further. But i found that the program generates some files that provide information, and found how to decrypt.
Re: Installing a reader CPS and configuration GALSS.INI
The worry now is that the software provided by the GIP-CPS only talk about players on the serial port, while I have USB drives, and no virtual COM port is created.

Twin GemPC I make and I can not configure GALSS.INI someone he succeeded?
Re: Installing a reader CPS and configuration GALSS.INI
Well, after a hand of a doctor had already confronted the problem here is the solution: go off the PCSC with a galss.ini as follows.
Quote:
[PROTOCOLE0]
Config = 0
NomLib = PCSCW32.DLL
ListeCanaux = 1
[CONFIG]
NbCanaux = 1
[CANAL1]
TCanal = 3
Index = 1
Protocol = 0
Features Omnikey CardMan 3x21 = 0
NbPAD = 1
[CANAL1.PAD1]
CSA = 0
Nblade = 1
[CANAL1.PAD1.LAD1]
LAD = 1
NomLAD = CPS
NbAlias = 0
I think I have tested with the player once my GALSS corrected, but time for the readers and I check it.
