Assassin's Creed on the iPhone
Gameloft adapts the success of Ubisoft, Assassin's Creed Altaïr's Chronicles, in an adapted version for iPhone and iPod Touch which looks very beautiful.
Gameloft, with its early successes recognized iPhone games in the field of action-adventure, recidivism title Assassin's Creed - Altair's Chronicles, available on the App Store for iPhone and iPod Touch.

The graphic quality seems to go for this title whose history is positioned upstream of the game Assassin's Creed original.
You are therefore Altair, master assassin in Jerusalem from 1191, time of the Third Crusade between Crusaders and Saracens. You must steal the chalice held by the Templars to end the bloodshed suffered by the Holy Land.
In this version iPhone / iPod Touch, it will be possible to retrieve the acrobatic warrior who made the success of the game, with the choice between several types of weapons (swords, daggers, grapple, bomb) for combat or remotely.
There is also the mechanism to collect orbs to improve its weapons and vitality while mini-games are made for diversity, such as pickpocketing and interrogating informants.
Commands through the touch screen and the interface is not unlike other Gameloft titles as Hero of Sparta. And like him in its infancy, it will put the price as Assassin's Creed Altaïr's Chronicles is available on the App Store for 7.99 €.
Re: Assassin's Creed on the iPhone
I'm definitely looking forward to this.No doubt a lot more of this madness is yet to come (especially after firmware 3.0 comes out, and makes in-game purchasing a reality). Things will settle down soon enough, with the App Store "top 100" list eventually being the sole preserve of genuinely good stuff.
Re: Assassin's Creed on the iPhone

Apparently the game is available for purchase now in the Apple Apps Store, but I'm tired of looking for a link, so you're on your own!
