Re: How to edit formula field in Outlook ?
To add - If two numeric fields are named Field1 and Field2, then the formula to add them together would look like this:
[Field1] + [Field2]
To multiply - If you want to multiply one field by another number, then the formula to multiply them together would look like this:
(say the number is 7.5)
[Field9] * 7.5
All the operators, fields, and functions you can use in formulas are available in the Edit Formula dialog.

You might think that you could edit the formula by selecting View, Current View, Customize Current View, Fields, and using the Show Fields dialog box, which contains a Properties button. However, that button is disabled for custom formula fields.
Outlook doesn't support exporting custom fields directly. Quick and dirty method:
1. Put all the items from your form in one folder.
2. Use a table view to display all the data fields that you want to export to Excel.
3. Choose Edit | Select All.
4. Choose Edit | Copy.
5. Paste to Excel.
Re: How to edit formula field in Outlook ?
To perform your edit, first make sure that the field you want to edit appears in a table view.
If it doesn't, right-click the column headings >> then select Field Chooser.
Drag the field from the Field Chooser to the view >> Right-click the column headings again >> choose Format Columns.
In the Format Columns dialog box >> go to the Available fields list >> and select the field whose formula you want to change.
You can edit directly in the Formula box or click the "..." button to open the formula editor, in which you can select fields and functions.
