I have GeForce 7300 GT. It could enter windows as per normal,This boosted my Vista performance ratings to higher,the problem is i get blue screen after installing driver. I am sure that I have uninstalled all my old ATI drivers even cleaning its registry just to make sure old driver files doesn't conflict with the new one. Any help will be extremely appreciated.

You should probably check that you have a good (recent) set of chipset drivers. Chipset drivers have things like CPU to AGP controllers. Are the correct graphics drivers installed? If it is running the drivers for a GPU that needs additional power, that maybe why it is giving the message.
Bluescreens can also be caused by physical faults such as faulty memory, power supplies, overheating of computer components, or hardware running beyond its specification limits.

i had same problem i uninstalled the drivers by going to control panel,add/remove programs,nvdidia drivers.downloading a program called driver cleaner pro, installed it and then rebooted my computer.
while it was rebooting i kept hitting f8 to go into safe mode. once my computer had loaded i then opened driver cleaner pro and ran the software.
rebooted again,then i downloaded my drivers again and installed them and everything seemed to work fine, my fps rate now averages around 40 - 60 so thats good.
