Re: Strange Virus Problem
Go to this key in the Registry:
HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run and delete that particular entry from the right pane.
Re: Strange Virus Problem
Method 1: Using the REG.EXE console tool
1. Click Start, Run and type this command:
Code:
REG add HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System /v DisableRegistryTools /t REG_DWORD /d 0 /f
You should be able to launch Tweak UI, as well as the Registry Editor.
Re: Strange Virus Problem
Using the Group Policy Editor (Windows XP Professional only)
Click Start, Run and type gpedit.msc and press ENTER
Go to the following location:
User Configuration | Administrative Templates | System
Double-click Disable registry editing tools and set it to Not Configured
Exit the Group Policy Editor
If the setting already reads Not Configured, set it to Enabled, and click Apply. Then revert it back to Not Configured. This ensures that the DisableRegistryTools registry value is removed successfully.
Re: Strange Virus Problem
Have you tried checking the startup section of msconfig. Click Start, click Run, type msconfig in the "Open:" box. The msconfig utility will open, click on the Startup tab at the top. Search for eksplorasi in the list of programs. Make sure to check for multiple listings and uncheck the boxes next to each instance in the list. Click Apply at the bottom, and then click OK. Then click the appropriate box to restart your computer and see if the problem is fixed. If it is not, run msconfig again, and then see if the program has been rechecked. If it is rechecked, then the virus is still active and you need to remove it with an antivirus program.
