When I turn on my computer with windows xp it starts to load and then the blue screen with:

The windows logon process system process terminated
unexpectedly with a status o
The system has been shut down.
I have tried to open Safe Mode and the last configuration that worked, and once it starts loading the same error message pops up. I have also tried loading the windows disc but I can't get it to run because I am stuck at the blue screen.

I would say that without loading the Windows CD, you will have to boot from the Windows CD so that you can try to do the repair installation.

Thanks for the response.
When I put the CD in and start my computer the same blue fatal error message pops up. I can't get to a screen to choose to boot the CD. Do you have any idea how I can do that?
Thanks!
Re: Stop:c000021a {Fatal System Error}
The error 0xC000021A: STATUS_SYSTEM_PROCESS_TERMINATED happens if the Windows switches into kernel mode and a user mode subsystem, such as Winlogon or the Client Server Runtime Subsystem is compromised. Check the below articles for more information:

Re: Stop:c000021a {Fatal System Error}
The STOP 0xC000021A error occurs when either Winlogon.exe or Csrss.exe fails. When the Windows NT kernel detects that either of these processes has stopped, it stops the system and raises the STOP 0xC000021A error. This error may have several causes. Follow the below link to troubleshoot the issue:
