Problem installing update: KB 967912
Hi all.
On my updates, KB 967912 is coming up as an important update, but each time
I have tried installing it I get the following error code:
Code BC2 Windows Update encountered an unknown error
I have looked all over the net for a solution but have found nothing that
has been of any use at all, though I have noticed some others have had this
very same issue. Could anyone suggest to me a solution I can try out?
Thanks in advance

Please state your full Windows version (e.g., WinXP SP3; Vista SP1) when
posting to this newsgroup.
What Windows Live applications are installed and when did you install them?

Restart the system and see if the update installs, Harriet, especially
if you were already signed in to Live or any other MS sign in "thing".

RE: Problem installing update: KB 967912
I've just notice that in the group nof Windows Live the update KB 967912
appears to be an important one but impossible to install and the code error
that comes up is BC2....
Will there be any solution soon?
Thanks let us know,
P.S : We can't delete updates!!
Luca.

Re: Problem installing update: KB 967912
I am having the same code pop up. I have restarted my computer and searched
the net for a solution; does anyone have any ideas to get this downloaded?

Re: Problem installing update: KB 967912
Define " this downloaded ".
Are you referring to whatever you're attempting to install or KB967912 ?
Why not uninstall Windows Live ID Sign-in Assistant or do you think it's
necessary ?
