Re: 24 frames per second
What is the problem?
If you want a screen with the refresh frequency of 24Hz or (is your "target" 24 frames per second) prepares you to change your eye in the week

Re: 24 frames per second
The human brain can only see 24 different images per second. That is why movies are shot at this frequency for film, TV is 25 frames per second. DVDs are encoded at 25 frames per second, and blue ray are encoded at 24 frames per second ... When the screen is 50 or 60Hz there are jerks and it is ugly. Is it possible to synchronize the flat to 72 Hz?

Re: 24 frames per second
totally wrong, but fairly common misconception. Otherwise you would not flicker when your CRT monitor is set to 60Hz ... The films are shot at 24 frames per second but the fluid comes from the so-called "motion blur" which flouts the movement and gives an impression fluid.
A game at 24 fps spitting sharp images one by one without special transition really gives the impression of rowing

Re: 24 frames per second
no.
there is nothing that defines a flow 24images/seconde in normal video and there is two rates 24 to 29 drawings for animated films. Another important point the next evolution will be the 3d hd tv or there will be flow of image 2 (tv 100hz/120hz ) over the 50Hz is a good reason .in the case of 24image / s on a 24Hz tv if the player and the tv did not synchronize well I think you would be in a case where you see only part of the image throughout the film last
