How to install Virtual Disk Windows 98 SE with Virtual Box
Hello,
I am trying to install Windows 98 with Virtual Box. My computer works with Windows XP Professional.
Installing Virtual Box is going well.
For if I start against Virtual Box with the disk to install Windows 98 in place, the disk stops loading. I can not close that Virtual Box. I chose option No. 1 starting with recognition of the CD. If I choose option No. 2, the disk is read to the end and I get a prompt: If I type C:, we get the prompt C: If I do dir C: I Dos commands validated by Virtual Box. For against I can not find the CD.
If I start to get tape F12:
Detected Hard disks:
IDE Controller:
1) Primary Master
Other boot device:
: floppy
C: CD-ROM
l: Lan
b) Continue booting
As against the overall picture shows me that the CD is M, and the floppy drive is a: I do not understand this point. If you can help me with words because I am self-taught. Thank you very much

I do not understand you, haev you tried to start the installation boot directly on the Win98 CD? Without using the disk, it is not necessary.
That said, if your CD is on M: when you're sure to get prompt, it will simply go on the M: and run the setup by hand. I can not remember the exact name but it must be something I think install.bat style.
