SBS 2003 Monitoring and Reporting Error: The Page Cannot Be Displayed
I manage an SBS 2003 SP2 server, and a couple weeks ago it stopped displaying the Performance reports under Monitoring and Reporting in the server management console.
It gives the classic: The Page Cannot Be Displayed error.
I have rerun the Monitoring and Reports setup. Restarted the appropriate SQL services, tried everything in all the forums I could find, still now luck. Some users have had this problem with the Backup and Companyweb pages, but my issue is only with the Monitoring and Reporting page.
Any Ideas?
Re: SBS 2003 Monitoring and Reporting Error: The Page Cannot Be Displayed
Just try out these steps and see if it works for you:
- Ensure that the MSSQL$SBSMONITORING service is started.
- Ensure that the server is not low on memory or disk space.
- Restart the server.
- Verify that the server is functional and that there are no system-wide problems.
- Run the Set Up Monitoring Reports and Alerts task in the Server Management Monitoring and Reporting taskpad.

Re: SBS 2003 Monitoring and Reporting Error: The Page Cannot Be Displayed
In My case I am facing this issue with the SBS monitoring. I copied the "monitoring" working folder from the other server and copied to c:\inetpub.
Before that I have stop IIS service and renamed the earlier Monitoring folder.
Restart IIS and dependand services and its start working.
