How to remove Recycle Bin and System Volume Information Folder from usb
I want help to remove Recycle Bin and System Volume Information folders completely from my partitions. I am not able to delete any of them. I also have this folders automatically created in my usb drive. Does removing them is safe. I want to get rid of them from my usb and external hard drive also. I do not find any way for doing the same. At first I had formatted by drive by taking backup, but the same still appear back again.

If they are created in your usb and external hard drive then there are chances of having virus in your computer. They have nothing to do in the external storage media. In PC this partition are usually hidden and virus infects this folder first. System Volume Information normally keeps information on restore points. If you turn of System Restore then this folder will disappear automatically. Try that out. If you are still getting that folder, then scan your system with a good antivirus.

Hi,
Wanting a computer to work the way you want it to work and not the way
others, including Microsoft want it to work, is not obsesive and yes you can
remove the Recycle Bin and System Volume Information folders from
your flash-drives and/or USB hard drives. I don't like hidden anything on my computer and hiding it doesn't mean it's not there and taking up space.
Solution:
You can right-click on your Desktop Recycle Bin icon and "configure your drives independently" and then check "Do not move files to the Recycle Bin"
for the flash-drive and/or USB hard drive of your choice.
Hope this helps.
