Turbo Delphi and VIsta, compatible?

I have a question, is Turbo Delphi compatible with Vista?

I'm talking about the free version. What needs to be installed? Coed it needs 20,000 prerequisites? Going to buy a computer with Vista and i am thinking on it a little on.

I want to make sure that any problem will not arise if i format my future PC for this purpose. But then, i know i will lose guarantee. Well, there is no such stuff recently in my PC.

Is this the release candidate? the versions are currently around OEM or Retail? however instructions should be valid the same.

I did not understand personally only one thing .... what is meant eby Windows Vista RC1 and RC2?
