please help me fixing Note 3 myself!!!

For the past week my Note 3 has been having issue turning on. It would take half hour and even sometime not turn on at all. I have a spare battery from mpj but nothing help. It just repeats the Samsung logo over and over again and then blacks out. Please help me fix this issue myself!!

Try to follow the below steps and see if that works:

1. First of all double tap the Home Button
2. After that go to Menu
3. Now go to Settings
4. Now, turn off open via Home Key

If still this doesnt work then go to Settings > General > About > Tap Build# 7 times > Dev Opt. > Turn off.
