Call entry deleted from Nokia E5-00

Hi Friends,
From last 2.5 years I am using E5-00. Phone is functioning OK. Today morning i received a call. after that my phone switched off due to low battery. when i switched it on. that particular received call entry was missing in my call log. Is there a software issue? is it common in Nokia E5-00? i guess this would be very serious technical issue as someday i miss some important number. Please provide me with the solution. and tell me the steps by which such entries can be relocated?

Well, it seems that due to the phone turning off the memory if the phone didnt save that particular phone number and so you can tell that it is just a little software issue. You can get into Call log in your phone and set it to save call log for 3 days max I think or maybe more.
