can someone please help me change the language of my samsung sgh i900 ?

You can go into your Smartphone's Main Menu > Settings > System > Regional Settings. Now you can change the location here. If you face any issues still then try doing the hard reset which is located in the same place. After the phone restarts you need to specify the region and language in your mobile phone again.
