UbiSlate 7Ci ( Aakash 2) wont boot

My sister has UbiSlate 7Ci ( Aakash 2), it was working fine by now but suddenly it’s not booting. It gets stuck at Android logo and I am not able to get past that screen. I have tried restarting it many times but it still won’t boot. Is there anything I can do about it?? I have tried contacting their toll free no 18001802180 but no one is answering the call.

Have you tried resetting the UbiSlate 7Ci ??? If not than you can give that a try.
Turn it off
Press Volume UP and Power button at the same time
Release Volume UP and release Power button after 10 seconds
Once you have released both keys, press and hold power button for more 5 seconds until your UbiSlate 7Ci boots up.

Just give it a try and let me know if that works.

I tried what you have mentioned but that’s not making any difference. It won’t get past the Android logo. Please let me know if there is anything I can try out further to get it working.

There are many people who have faced the same issue with UbiSlate 7Ci ( Aakash 2). I think it’s a common issue. UbiSlate 7Ci has not got a positive response from the mass as well. If their Technical support people are not answering your call then you will have to send it for RMA, which might take almost a month to get it back. That’s what I have heard from other people as well.

Ill suggest you to better ask them for refund because there is no guarantee your new UbiSlate 7Ci will work fine later on. They have stated below line on their site:
