Well, could you please tell us why do you want to reinstall android 4.0 in your trio stealth tablet? Did something go wrong in the tablet? If that is the case then you can try to go into its settings and do a factory reset that will reinstall the OS in your tablet back to new one? If you cant do that way then you will need to connect and then have to download the firmware from the manufacturer's website and then install the same via pc.
