I am using Samsung product since long time, already having its desktop, laptop, tablet and smartphone. Was planing a month ago to go with Note 1 but someone said me that they are about to launch it sequel, Note 2. I would like to know when is Samsung Galaxy Note launching in India and whats new in the same ? I mean, if we compared Galaxy Note 2 with Galaxy Note 1 what are the difference / improvements done in this new handset ? Thank you.

As earlier Note was a great hit in the market, obviously they need to do some important so that they can take over that success. There are few major upgrades done in Galaxy Note 2 that makes it much powerful than before, and those are : Note 1 was powered by Exynos Dual-core 1.4 GHz ARM Cortex-A9 processor, whereas Galaxy Note 2 is running with Exynos 4412 Quad -core 1.6 GHz Cortex-A9 processor. Sounds like a computer we were using 5 years ago

Another major changes done is its storage capacity, earlier note was available in 2 variants, i.e. 16GB/32GB, now it is available upto 64GB, i.e. 16GB/32GB/64GB. Along with this they have also upgraded its ram upto 2GB compared to earlier 1GB powered ram in Note 1. So, Galaxy Note 2 is worth using for now a days multitasking life, gaming and many more.

Thats great comparison Larry ward, but i guess you forgot the most important one, operating system ? After Nexus 7, i guess this is the first smartphone to run with the latest Android system, that is 4.1 Jelly Bean. Samsung have also increased the display size to 5.5inch compared to the 5.3inch in Note 1. But they have reduced the display resolution to 1280x720 where it was 1280x800 in earlier phone. But still it is far much better and powerful than Note 1.
