It seems like a new smartphone era has begun like we had earlier of budget tablets. In this new era every manufacturer are now making smartphones with large and wide 5 inch display. Today, well know manufacturer iBall has also launched a new smartphone called Andi 5C with 5inch IPS touchscreen display powered by Android Ice Cream Sandwich.

Andi 5C is a Dual Sim phone powered by 1GHz Cortex A9 processor. It offers 4 GB internal storage that can be expanded upto 32GB using MicroSd Card. There is also a 5megapixel Rear camera and front facing vga camera, with G-sensor, proximity sensor and light sensor. The phone is now available in the stores at the price of Rs. 12,999

Thanks for the info santy. And as you said a new era has begun of 5" smartphones, that absolutely correct. I guess it started since Samsung launched the first ever such smartphone named Galaxy Note N700 with 5.3 inches display. Also the phone was a great hit in the corporate market. So manufacturers decided to make such devices with their brands. And since than there have been many 5inch display smartphones such as Sharp SH530U, LG Optimus Vu , Kobian Mercury MagiQ and offcourse Micromax A100.

Andi 5C seems pretty good with the large display and cool design. As iball is well known hardware manufacturer i would like have a unit of this phone. Can someone please provide the complete list of specifications ?
