Buying apps for Windows Phone 7 without credit card

I have recently bought Nokia lumia 600 and I am not having any issue with the phone and it is working great. Actually I am here to know if it is possible to buy applications for my phone if I am not having a credit card? I mean using Microsoft Points like I do to get songs via zune? Or can I use my debit card? Any ideas?

No you cannot use Microsoft Points for buying applications for a Windows Phone 7, I don’t have much idea about debit cards as I have hardly used it for buying anything online. I prefer using credit card, I don’t think your debit card will work but you can clarify that from Marketplace support. I have read some lines as “You must have credit card for buying applications from Marketplace” that’s make me think that you cannot use anything else than that.

Yes I am missing the same thing, I don’t have a credit card and I have received Nokia lumia 700 as a gift from my dad. Unfortunately I am not able to buy any apps as it ask for credit card details in the zune software. I wish there could have been a facility where I could buy any app and its price gets added in my bill. I think that would be quite helpful, isn’t it? There are so many apps in market place which I like but I am not able to get it just because I am not having a credit card.
