Re: Different specifications in Sony Xperia ion lt28i vs. ion lt28h vs. ion lt28at

I am using the Sony Xperia ion lt28h smartphone and it is the non-LTE model. I t comes with HSPA+ frequency bands that can work with bands 850/900/1700/1900/2100 and will be able to give download speed of 42 MBps on the smartphone. I don’t know which other models of this phone are available, but Sony Xperia ion lt28h does have 4G connectivity which is not mentioned in many specifications online. Also many reviews and the specification on websites have missed to mention that Sony Xperia ionlt28h also has a 1700 MHz band too. I think this were some problems which were creating confusion about Sony Xperia ion lt28h.

Re: Different specifications in Sony Xperia ion lt28i vs. ion lt28h vs. ion lt28at

I too found that there are problems with mention of specifications of Sony Xperia ion ion lt28i on some websites. It was mentioned on many websites that this smartphone comes with HSPA+ bands 850/1700/1900/2100 and also includes LTE 700/1700 bands for use. When I referred to some websites, the HSPA+ 1700 MHz bands were not present in the mentioned specifications. Sony Xperia ion ion lt28i will give download speed up to 21 MBps which is lesser than that of Sony Xperia ion ion lt28h. I hope your confusion has been sorted out.

Re: Different specifications in Sony Xperia ion lt28i vs. ion lt28h vs. ion lt28at

There is another version of Sony Xperia ion available which is known as Sony Xperia ion lt28at. As the name reads, it has ‘AT&T at the end. This means that these smartphones will be manufactured in market by AT&T and will work only on the network of AT&T. You will have to pay extra to get these phone unlocked to use it along with other network providers. This smartphone will come with HSPA+ bands 850/1900/2100 and LTE 700/1700 bands on it. I am not sure how much download speed will it give, but I think that it will be good in regions which come under AT&T network.

Re: Different specifications in Sony Xperia ion lt28i vs. ion lt28h vs. ion lt28at

There is also a big difference in the batteries that are used in three different versions of Sony Xperia ion ion. The Sony Xperia ion ion lt28h will have an 1840 mAh battery in it. Similarly, Sony Xperia ion ion lt28i will have an 1900 mAh battery in it and Sony Xperia ion lt28at has 1500 mAh battery in it. This is another major difference that might lead to confusion. Very less websites have ever mentioned it. See to it for yourself which phone out of these three will you need to buy as the battery can mean a lot of things. But let me give you a piece of advice, whatever be the battery of Sony Xperia ion’s any version, the overall battery life is very low.
