Unable to update Jelly Bean 4.1 on my Motorola Xoom tablet

Need some urgent help from you all guys. I heard that Google has released the jelly bean update for Moto xoom tablet last week but when i am searching for the same, am not getting any update I tried via OTA as well but still no update notification. But at the same time few of my friends have already updated Jelly Bean on their Zoom tab. Please help me. Why am not able to get the Jelly Bean?

Well dude you heard correct that Jelly Bean is now available for Motorola Xoom tablets but not for all Xoom tablets. As you might be knowing there are very versions of Xoom, such as variants in WiFi, 3G, 4G etc. Whereas Android has just rolled out Jelly bean update for Moto Xoom WiFi version. Note, only for WiFi version. I guess yours is not WiFi and your friend's whom you saw updated Jelly Bean might be having the WIFi version. For 3G and 4G Xoom users, still there is time to get the update.
