Hardware upgrade in Acer Aspire 8920G

I have Acer Aspire 8920G laptop. The performance of laptop is yet good for working but it is unable to run some high end games that released in 2011 or 2012. Hence am planning to upgrade my Laptop so that it can play even such video games along with smooth performance. I donít have much knowledge in hardware. So, please guys help me which configuration should I buy to get best performance even with games?

Re: Hardware upgrade in Acer Aspire 8920G

I upgraded my same model last month. I upgraded my CPU and RAM only on my laptop but cannot Upgrade graphic card because of budget problem. I upgrade my CPU to X9000-E0 from T8300 and upgraded RAM to 6GB with 2 different RAM stick where one is 2GB and second is 4GB. Acer Aspire 8920G support maximum RAM is 6 GB so you cannot install more than it.

And if you are planning to upgrade, better get Ati Mobility HD 4670 1GB DDR3 as a graphic card on your machine.
