Well, what you can do is select to receive all the messages in the MicroSD card area in your Micromax Q5 smartphone. Or else copy all the messages that come in the inbox of this phone to SD card. After that delete all the messages from the inbox and keep the phone message to read internal memory only for receiving the messages. This way nobody will be able to see the messages in your phone.

It looks to me that Micromax has made its previous model of mobile phone like Q5's operating system as Proprietary. It cannot be upgraded to any newest firmware or software update. There is an app called SMS LOCKER that protects your secret sms with a password. I have heard that t can protect your SMS with a 4 digit numeric password and whenever you will receive any sms then your screen will ask you for a password.
