Hello I have got the new Sony DCR-SR30 Handycam and I also have another Sony DCR Handycam, now I want to purchase Wireless Microphone for Sony DCR Handycam and Sony DCR-SR30 Handycam, so can anyone suggest me a good Wireless Microphone for both above Handycam, thanks in advance. I have checked for Sony DCR-SR30 Handycam but I have not got the any Wireless Microphone.

Hello according to me you can’t use Wireless Microphone for Sony DCR-SR30e because this doesn’t have audio input jack and so therefore you’re not able to use external microphone. To use external microphone at least you should upgrade to SR50e. For other Sony DCR I would like to suggest you to use ECM-HW1, I have ECM-HW1 Wireless Microphone for Sony DCR SR50e, stereo microphone for Handycam camcorders with Active Interface. The microphone can operate at a distance of 30 meters from the camera. The model is able to record 5.1-channel central channel (for Handycam models feature 5.1-channel microphone recording of the central channel).
