Well, the best way to get GPRS settings in by calling to the customer care representatives. Ask them to send the configuration via SMS, once received, save from the SMS Options menu and make them default. Anyways, if you want to do it manually than follow these steps:
1. Account Name - BPL WAP
2. Username - leave blank
3. Password - leave blank
4. Proxy - Enabled/yes
5. Homepage - wap.mizone.bplmobile.com
6. Proxy and Server address - 10.0.0.10
7. Proxy and Server Port - 8080
8. Acces Point Name - mizone
9. Data bearer - GPRS/ Packetdata
10. Authentication Type - Normal

I found some settings which can help you to fix the problem. This is usually a automatic settings. You have to type the same value as I am going to lest here. For Account Name add internet. For Access Point Name just type www and leave it. For Username add your Mobile Number and for Password type loop. Type 0.0.0.0 under Proxy and Server address. Type GPRS/ Packetdata for Data bearer. Leave the home page blank.

A number of time automatic settings work. You don't have to go with the manual configuration. You can first try to call the customer care and ask them to send you the settings. If still that is not working then you can try manual configuration. You have to add each of this thing one by one in the network section. Add each value as mentioned below. This is only for those who are not getting automatic settings.

• Account Name : wap
• Access Point Name : www
• Username : Mobile Number
• Password : mmsc
• Proxy and Server address : 10.0.0.10
• Proxy and Server Port : 9401 OR 8080
• Data bearer : GPRS/ Packetdata
• Authentication Type : Normal
• Homepage : http://atcafe.loopmobile.in
