I even have somewhat same issue and this can be indeed an irritating stuff .This issue occurred a handful of weeks once i brought the phone and it’s still happening I’ve tried taking the Battery out many times and it did work initially however currently it simply doesn’t, it goes days while not working! i believed it {should} be a haul with the so software as that continually crashes and freezes multiple times on a daily basis It's still underneath guarantee so should I take it back. It’s got scratches and stuff on the screen it however that ought to result the software or trackpad or me having the ability to require it back? my trackpad isn't operating that has created using BlackBerry miserable. On being asked for an answer from the native service center , they require me to send the handset to terribly so much for repair which is able to take a minimum of a pair of and 0.5 week days. Please facilitate in case someone has faced the same issue .

Well i suppose at the moment all you will do is would like a replacement Track Pad, i had to vary one on my Daughters the opposite day, she had the precise same symptoms as you. EBay sell them for some what about £3. make certain you get the proper one for your phone, however if you’re unsure a way to do it Please take it to a specialist. you'll would like special screw drivers and new screws to interchange those you'll spherical off, all out there off EBay.

it just takes on five minutes to try and do. Did you are attempting adjusting the sensitivity of the track pad? i had constant issue and this helped. overall i notice that the trackpad on the 9300 is not pretty much as good because the 9700. it’s the largest factor i dislike on my blackberry. Apparently there was a batch of 9300's that contains a faulty track pad. The trackpad on the 9300 could be a bit elevated / curved, as critical the hell for leather Trackpad on the 9700 and so the 8520. This slight curve is that the issue where it tends to create your finger stick at a definite purpose and creating the motion not so sleek.

Re: BlackBerry Curve 9300 Trackpad not working

the trackpad of my bb9300 very annoys me.. Last week i made a decision to bring it to a cellphone technician and he replaced the trackpad... then once the replacement, the trackpad works! however once in some unspecified time in the future, the trackpad will not work.. i'm wondering why as a result of It simply replaced by a replacement trackpad..the trackpad scroll by itself currently... hang, stick, I will even use the "ON" key.. so after I switch it on i want to drag out the battery and place it back once more..Now i'm wondering what if the trackpad that the technician used could be a trackpad for 8520 is it okay? that is just the factor that actually bothers me... however according to my analysis 9300 and 8520 are quite the same.. Look to me maybe the sensor that interprets trackpad movements is faulty. it worked perfectly fine till the other night. I was talking to my friend on BBM and it froze so i took the battery out and place it back in, it had been fine, i believed nothing of it. then ensuing day it froze once more so i took the battery out for 2 minutes. and it worked once more, since then it should have frozen on twenty times now! it froze last night however notwithstanding how laborious i actully try to it still would not work, so i left the battery out all night however it still won’t work, and it’s not underneath warranty any longer. what do i do?

Re: BlackBerry Curve 9300 Trackpad not working

I've had my BlackBerry Curve 9300 for on four months currently, the trackpad on it's appeared to close up around 2/3 weeks ago, it's just work if you pressed down on the pad very forcefully till it's scroll however currently it doesn't even do this and has totally stopped operating. i actually try to taking the battery out many times for on thirty seconds every which did not work. though just the once, I see one morning and so the scroll was operating completely fine however once more currently, it does not work what so ever so I even have to use the keys on my phone for it to figure. as well yesterday I even have found another issue that the left and right side of my phone doesn't work either. If you've got any concepts how I might fix these issues please leave some suggestions, would very appreciate it. Thank you.

There I s nothing that I will recommend straight away all I will say i might facilitate however doubt i will, except to mention your phone is underneath warranty thus they must repair it, nothing you've got done would have caused the trackpad to travel wrong. As for what you've got simply done, you may attempt a tough reboot it's going to reset it back to main screen, take away battery with phone on, wait a couple of seconds then replace. perhaps a thought to raise your father to require the phone back to be repaired. If its just 4months recent then the warranty ought to actually cowl a trackpad. Sorry cant assist you more. could also be a thought to place your question within the blackberry forums, simply sort blackberry forum in search. you'll get some higher and additional useful answers.

what i suggest is go to the dealer you originally bought it from. they're going to tell you it's Wind that guarantees the device and you wish to travel to a Wind store. The Wind store can tell you to require it to the Warranty center. The warranty center can tell you they cannot facilitate, you wish to travel to the dealer to procure it from. Then you return here and complain for it and we'll all accept as true with you and suppose it is a crock. otherwise you go straight to RIM and pray they do not tell you to travel through Wind

Re: BlackBerry Curve 9300 Trackpad not working

I even have looked everywhere however there is no resolution to the current The Scroller/Trackpad would sometimes 'seize' and stop to scroll for for thirty seconds, was a nuisance to attend to reply to texts. but over that week, it got worse, the Trackpad seized totally and then stopped clicking. This went on for for three weeks, so I had it equipped up, simply in case this had happened, so I will still get to my BBM with the convenience keys and that i got to look for my texts, but I even have to guess who the most recent texts are from. All of a sudden, it came back to life a pair of weeks ago, operating fine and sort of a dream once more, simply as i used to be on the point of take it back and raise for it to be fastened. Then last night, it began to seize, for for thirty seconds once more, and has simply died on me currently. when this went on, it's been on for twenty fifth battery, undecided if this can be relevant/helpful, however it might contribute, idk. Anyone provide some advice?

Re: BlackBerry Curve 9300 Trackpad not working

This is very beautiful phone that I even have I’ve had my phone four months currently, and it’s simply absolute shit. The track pad stopped operating for three weeks ago, and last week I took it into repair and that they rang me nowadays to mention they need my ‘new’ phone. however then after I got there they told me that Blackberry did not repair it due to some style of harm I APPARENTLY did to it, despite the fact that it's no harm what so ever apart from very little scratch on the screen. in order that they did not repair my track pad/phone and since I just have insurance with the bank not with them I’m thinking that’s why they won’t repair it. as well the bank facet won’t repair it as a result of it’s currently on warranty. however anyways, I simply tried to create it work and updated it on my laptop and that i currently have the new software on there, (but as before my trackpad isn't operating i used to be still ready to use a number of the applications using the keyboard) however currently as I’ve downloaded this software minutes ago,but the thing is that I can’t get this screen off the Blackberry. The enter button won’t create it exit, neither can the network bar, nothing. I even have no plan what to do?! I’m just fifteen, and to be honest my oldsters aren’t made and they’re so annoying telling me how they won’t obtain a replacement one etc. I really feel like crying… PLEASE facilitate me! How do i buy my phone working?
