Netflix not working in Android v.4 Ice Cream Sandwich

Few days ago I have got a Google Nexus which is running Android. I think that it is running Android version 4 Ice Cream Sandwich. It seems to me that Netflix does not work on this. I tried several times in my phone but it doesn’t seem to work in any way. Is there any update that will fix this issue?

The well-known application to view contents of series and movies has launched its Android application. With this, meets all expectations and now appears on all possible platforms for both PC and mobile devices and TV or even intelligent consoles. This can ensure greater success. For those not familiar with the application, Netflix is an app that through a monthly subscription (8 $) provides access to its online platform in which there are a variety of multimedia content, such as series or movies. Upon payment of the subscription you can access as many times as you want without limit. Now with the launch of the application, plus if you have an Android, you can take to see your favorite series without being in front of the PC. Currently available for Samsung Nexus S with Android 2.3. Unfortunately does not work on all phones, even while the Nexus will probably work on the Desires and many other phones with cooked ROMs. Netflix only works in USA.

Netflix has been strongly attacked the interactive television market online in recent months. But now has a very interesting new feature: all devices with the Android OS Ice Cream Sandwich will get the new Netflix app. Coinciding with the release of the Verizon Galaxy Nexus, there is a Netflix update for Android/ or may be Android update for Netflix in the Android market. Interesting news is that Verizon looking forward to purchase of Netflix. This update adds support for ICS devices and a few bug fixes. The fact is, the Android 4.0 is not widely available yet . Only recent phones come with this new OS ported and as for older phones, they are still lacking behind the update due to several limitations. Now it is the developer’s job to make the app to work with new version of the OS on any platform.

An alternative to Adobe, HTML5, would Netflix, which has now updated their application in the Android Market . Netflix may be one of the substitutes for Adobe and now today application available on the Android Market , though many say that the new features already available before this update. Undoubtedly, with the updated Netflix it has improved a series of failures that the application had before, now works with CM7 (CyanogenMod 7).

Updating the Netflix application in Android 2.2 and 2.3 allowed you to use its service in all tablets and smartphones, given the exponential growth of users of these devices. Now, Netflix application for Android has undergone a facelift in adapting to Android 2.3 Gingerbread not see anything wrong. The update is still spreading in the Android Market and some users’ report that it works perfectly in Galaxy Tab and the interface is very well made. By contrast, users of the Dell Streak say the update does not meet your expectations. As happened with the previous version, the update of this application upon tablets supports more models and has already confirmed that it will be able to update the Kindle and the Nook Fire Tablet
