Applications that allow to make note on PDF file

I need any such application which allows me to make highlight on any PDF format files. I fed up with making a print out copies of all pdf file to make note on them. It is just waste of time and money for me. I think there are such application available on world wide web. So help me if anybody have any idea about such application.

I think there is no such an application available on internet. So you cannot make any such note on your mobile. The other possible way is to convert the PDF file into Microsoft word file. So you can make note or highlight a line by changing a color.
