LG GS290 Cookie Fresh touchscreen shifted to left

I am using the LG GS290 Cookie Fresh from last few days and all the things were working well but from last two days I am experiencing that the touchscreen of the phone is shifted to the left to about 1.5 cm. Is there some way by which the I will be able to reset the calibration or there is just one option for me to take this to the service. Please reply to this.

I would like to tell you that there no setting that will allow you to the changes like this. This is the bug in the phone. You must contact to the service otherwise the LG support and they will better help you with this.

I think that you have dropped the phone from somewhere and so it causes this bug. This is seemed to be problem with the display chip of the phone. You can go to any mobile repairing shop and ask them to change the display chip. After that the problem will be resolved.

I am experiencing the same problem. LG service center guys said it will cost 1010 rupees to change my phone touch screen.. guys Will it really cost that much?

I dont think so because the entire phone is available for just 4,729 rupees. Are you sure you visited the official LG Service center ?? If yes, than possibly it can cost you the amount they said.

But still i would suggest you to try out few more service centers to get the rates.
