Is there Inf-Modded driver Collection for Sony Vaio Z

I am just curious about knowing if there are any inf-modded drivers for the i5/i7 Vaio Z laptop somewhere. I have chosen a Static switching from the modded BIOS and want to get latest Nvidia driver. If someone can mod it, I can do lot of things in my laptop.

Firs t of all you need to download 275.27 beta driver for notebooks from here NVIDIA DRIVERS 275.27 BETA and that you should replace nvam.inf in Display Driver directory with given file as a attachment and you will be ready.
    This new driver supports:
    • Brightness control
    • Optimus enabled for dynamic switching (w/o BIOS hack)

I donít think that this driver will work without the BIOS hack. I tried the above and I think that my Vaio Z is messed up badly. Now the original driver doesnít seem to install. I tried do a complete uninstall from device manager but nothing helps.

I am also looking for drivers a long time (graphics) for my VPCZ12 with the hybrid graphics technology.

I have seen that there are different "finished" drivers are packages for different video cards. However, I do not know if they work with me and that all functions are supported. In addition, I was advised to download the driver and the nVidia website to edit the INF file to get this to this to work.

Does this method as well as the change between Intel and nVidia graphics card, through the "Speed " switch the notebook?

First of all tell me did you uninstall the older drivers and run driver sweeper or any other tool? You should get both adapters showing VGA while you reboot the system. Then only you can install the new drivers and after complete just reboot the system to make necessary changes. While you are doing all these updates I urge you to stay disconnected from the internet so that Windows does not make necessary changes by itself and look for the latest version drivers on its own.
