How to transfer ibooks from Kobo (on the imac) to the apple IPAD-3?

I recently made a purchase of apple ipad 3 and there were no issues till now but need to inquire something which I need quickly. I made some download of ibooks onto IPAD 3. I made use of the Kobo previously. How I am able to load purchased kobo books onto ibook? So are you guys knowing how I am able to transfer books from Kobo (on the imac) to the IPAD-3? Plase provide some suggestions regarding the same .

I don’t think its possible in this case and regarding the reason behind it, not to the iBooks app no, ebooks are liable to have digital rights management on them which will tend to tie them to the store's own app/e-reader. And I will only say that you are able to download along with make use of the Kobo app for your Kobo purchases .
