Blackberry 9360 IMEI Change Help

I I bought a phone off ebay recently. Its blocked I discovered and long story short I got scammed. I wanted to try and change the IMEI so i could use it..i wondered if anyone could do it for me or recommend me a service for it? let me know

As far as i am aware it is not possible and there is no service that can do the same for you.
