    Logmein Rescue support for iPad

    We have been using the logmein rescue in order to troubleshoot out client PCs remotely. You know that this tool is compatible with most of the OS like Windows, Mac etc. Now I have got an apple iPad. Is it possible to check the client system using this logmein rescue? Is it possible to implement remote troubleshooting using ipad? It would be helpful during urgent situation to use it basically being anywhere. Ipad has 3G. The current problem is Logmein Rescue doesn't run on safari.

    I have also got the ipad I believe that the Logmein Rescue app is totally worthy to buy alone. This app is even for useful for remote access and other related tasks.     I heard that the latest version of Logmein Rescue app allow you to customize the ios to create your own help desk or self-help shortcut app icons. It means it will enable you to create an SOS button on the device. By the use of this, you can directly connect your ipad to the quick help guides or Web chat. BY a single touch, you can quickly initiate mobile and computer support sessions using the latest desktop app. If your browser does not support it, then you can also get a LogMeIn Rescue Tech Console. It is a browser-less app which has all Web-based capabilities.

    LogMeIn have been offering most popular business apps on iPad. LogMeIn is known for its remote desktop apps and capabilities. However the in ipad, the LogMeIn Rescue‘s mobile add-on is extremely limited. You will get only text-based chat support and it is designed to troubleshoot common issues with email and calendar.

    Logmein Rescue for iPad offers the same functionality and capabilities similar to that on the iPhone. But you can helpdesk person can take a full control of the devices remotely running the different platforms. But due to limited amount of features, this app is not popular yet.

    LogMeIn Rescue is now available in a new version and the most significant change is that we no longer have to wait until the console gets restarted. In the past, LogMeIn Rescue console only ran into an Internet Explorer or in Firefox and it took quite a long time to start. Now LogMeIn Rescue is available as native Windows application, call, start, and booking in less than 20 seconds. That's what I call improvement!

    It greatly improved support for smartphones can now configure ActiveSync profile in a separate register and error-free as an iPhone to be pushed.

    The update released by LogMeIn allows IT managers and service providers the ability to manage connections to remote troubleshooting, and increase employment opportunities iPad. The tool also includes a specific function called Instant Chat and ability to communicate via courier or shared access to calendar, which are enhanced collaboration tools. Connection methods of LogMeIn Rescue is defined as private or Channel. The private connection method is performed when the technician starts a remote session with a client (the address is the technician to the customer). The PIN and the connecting links are email-based private connection methods.
