DDraw status showing not available in Fujitsu Lifebook

Yesterday when I started dxdiag in my friends lifebook it happened to give me a detailed report on checking out the report it showed that DDraw status is not available I am just wondering what should I do to get this fixed.

Well seems to me some problem with the video card driver. Update your video card driver or reinstall the existing driver. It would be the best possible solution that I can give as of now.

Why don’t you try reinstalling DirectX. I cant tell you much on this because you haven’t described your problem in a good manner. As far as I know DXDiag is a diagnostics tool used to test DirectX functionality. So may be some problem with the DirectX all I can say is reinstall DirectX that would work out for you. So do go ahead with the solutions that I have given you and let me know if it works for you or not.

Try downgrading your drivers to vga ones and then reload them back ior start from the scratch. You can use ccleaner or driver cleaner to clean up all the stuff and began with the re installation of all the drivers, chipsets, DirectX and many more.
