Does apple is planning to make a new iPad 4G version for Europe

So I have been reading everywhere that the latest iPad 4G will not be supporting the 4G/LTE out side the US . As the frequencies used are not the same in Europe and America / Canada. 4G runs on 700 MHz / 2100 MHz in America and 800 MHz / 2600 MHz in Europe. It is therefore impossible to use the iPad 3 on the European continent so is there any planning for the Apple to make a new iPad 4G version for Europe so that rest of the world uses the 4G network . is there anyone here know anything about this I would like to know

Exactly , Commercially, this means that Apple considers the European market as secondary market and think will use Wi-Fi rather than the 4G. But they forget that the first 4G network has been tested in Europe.

I think there will be no such plan made all we have is the option of using the 3G network to get it work on the iPad 3 but I strongly support that even the European country’s should get the 4G functioning iPad but no big deal since it is also 3G compatible

Well i can't understand this logic?
May be I pad 3 have any country lock that why we can't use it in Europe countries...
If its country lock unlock by using any software then we able to use it.
