Is it possible to use iPad 4G worldwide?

I have pre ordered iPad 4G Verizon. Can I use this particular device on other countries when I am travelling? Let me know if you are having any idea about the same. Thanks a lot in advance.

After going through the problem I wanted to tell you that compatibility of LTE network would vary as per the country. Most of the countries are using different kind of frequencies. However iPad should fall back on the other technologies hence we can use the same on other countries however we will not be able to get the LTE connection speeds. If you are not having 4G LTE network then you can use 3G networks including HSPA, HSPA+, and DC-HSDPA.
