caller number is listed as unknown when calling from iphone 4s on my Nokia lumia 710

Hi friends, I recently purchased the Lumia 7 from the market 2 days ago. After that I upgraded to Zune software. Everything was going fine. One day I noticed that when I call from iphone 4s, it does not show the caller’s number. However when I call from other phone It shows the number. I have already tried to swap the sim cards between Lumia 710 and iphone 4s. Can anyone tell me how to solve this particular issue?

If you are not able to see the name of the caller here I can give you simple solution or you can say temporary solution. I will recommend you that add the name of that caller into your mobile phone and then see whether you are able to see name of that caller. I hope this will help you.

My Nokia Lumia 710 display ‘Unknown’ for about 80% of all calls. Then I call to my Rogers and then they reveal that this is known issue with the Nokia Lumia 710.

I had this unknown number problem. I contacted to the Rogers technical support they try to search out but they didn’t find anything. They even don’t know that Nokia Lumia 710 supports call display feature. I found the some post on forum and I asked to them for how to turn off “Name display”. When I do this it works for me.
