How to solve Uplink Audio choppy in Sony Xperia Ray?

Hi, I recently switch from Sony C510a to Sony Xperia Ray a few weeks ago. You know after switching I am getting numerous complaints. It says that Uplink Audio choppy and along with that I am getting uplink audio cuts and doesn’t reconnect. Actually this happens in my home office when I am within 20 feet of ATT microcell. Actually I am running business from this phone so anyone give me suggestion so that I can fix this issue?

Hey dude, I would suggest you that update your phone software. If you haven’t updated please update it and more things I just wanted to say is whenever you update your phone update with the PC Companion or I will recommend you repair the phone software if you have latest phone. Yes I am completely satisfied with your opinion. If anybody has this type of problem you can try above one technique to solve. If you still not able to solve it I would recommend you to go to repair center and just tell him what type of problem you are facing they will try to fix it. if you don’t have contact info I can give you details about repair center so that you can easily get in touch with them.
