TomTom via 115 unable to get the v885 maps

hi guys

I need help , I bought TomTom via 115 in the month of December 2011 on the latest map guarantee for a period of 90 days. I have never updated the map on that device as i was waiting for the v885 maps as it been a latest one . but the problem is I am not able to download but instead I was allowed to version 880.3808 by MyTomTom . how can I get the latest map for the device . I looked everywhere but not able to find the solution to this can anyone here help me on this issue I will be really appreciating this

latest map guarantee for a period of 90 days offer the maps at the time when the device was turned on and if I am not wrong the v885 was released recently. The 90 days is the time that you have to downloading and installing that map to your device . I still suggest to contact the CS and request them to make you available the v885 map available but it might not likely

I need help on this . I have update the maps and now the correction indicator of my map shows the map has not been updated for twenty weeks and that the Map share map alteration are temporally occupied.

Yeah been I have the same issue . looks every where but not able to find the solution to this please any one here can help me on this I will be really appreciating this

Don’t to worry this usually happen with the new map version that is been released. The reason is that the TomTom servers takes sometimes to be familiar with the newest version as MapShare compatible version. Just wait for sometime it will work
